Domestic Shipping Policy

COURIER PARTNERS:

We ship orders across India using India Post, FedEx, and Delhivery courier services.

COURIER RATES:

  • Free Shipping: On orders of ₹750 or above.
  • Shipping Fee: ₹100 for orders below ₹750.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with an additional charge of ₹100.
  2. Online Payment: Accepted via Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay, UPI ID, Wallet ID, and Net Banking.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days from the date of order placement.

DELIVERY DETAILS:

  1. After dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and parcel details.
  2. An additional email will be sent once your parcel is successfully delivered.

FURTHER INFORMATION:

  1. What should I do if I cannot track my order?
    After dispatch, an email with your parcel details is sent automatically. If you cannot view tracking information, please contact us for assistance.
  2. What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?
  • Our courier partner will attempt to reach you via phone or SMS.
  • A second delivery attempt will be made within 24 hours if the first attempt fails.
  • If both attempts fail, the courier will hold your parcel for 3 days awaiting your instructions before returning it to us.
  • If the parcel is returned, we will email you to confirm whether you want it re-sent. You must respond within a week. Shipping costs for resending will be borne by the customer.
  • Please note, repeated refusal of COD parcels may lead to the discontinuation of COD services for your account.
  1. What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
  • Refuse to accept a parcel if it appears damaged.
  • All parcels are dispatched in perfect condition with security tape intact.
  • Inform us immediately by emailing care@ficerie.com if you refuse delivery.
  1. What if a damaged parcel was left for me?
  • Parcels left in your post-box or accepted by someone else on your behalf are considered “Accepted.”
  • If items are damaged or missing, inform us within 24 hours of receipt via care@ficerie.com.
  1. I have only received part of my order.
  • Orders may be dispatched in separate parcels on different dates. You will be informed via email if this occurs.
  1. I received a defective item or an incorrect order.
  • If the items delivered are faulty or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
